NTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping options

Once an order is processed, delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

SMOOCH offers two shipping options:

Option 1. Standard Shipping – Handled by USPS. Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days.

Option 2. Express Shipping – Handled by DHL, USPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.

If you need your order delivered quickly or by a specific date, we recommend selecting the Express Shipping option at checkout and emailing us so we can give your order extra attention.

Import duties and taxes vary by country. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be predicted in advance.

International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

If you refuse a shipment from SMOOCH, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties or fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Shipping Promotion

Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped via Standard Shipping by default.

Do you ship to international P.O boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.

If you have entered a P.O. Box as your shipping address, please contact us at as soon as possible so we can arrange an alternative address before your order is shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Vietnam

Shipped via SPX, estimated delivery: 2–5 business days. Giao hàng qua SPX, thời gian dự kiến: 2–5 ngày làm việc.

For express shipping in Viet Nam, please contact us directly. Đối với đơn hàng cần giao hỏa tốc tại Việt Nam, vui lòng liên hệ trực tiếp với chúng tôi.

South Korea

Shipped via CJ Express, estimated delivery: 2–5 business days. CJ택배로 발송되며, 배송 기간은 영업일 기준 2~5일입니다.

If incorrect information is provided at checkout, such as an invalid address or missing PCCC code, you will be responsible for all return and reshipping fees. 결제 시 주소 오류 또는 PCCC 코드 누락 등 잘못된 정보가 입력된 경우, 반송 및 재배송에 발생하는 모든 배송비는 고객님 부담입니다.

ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).

Shipping times may be extended during high-demand periods or holidays.

Please note that we can not guarantee delivery times, as delivery time are provided as a guideline and do not factor in delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances, such as severe weather or circumstances related to the courier itself. Shipment delays due to uncontrollable circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

Made-to-order items

For items with sizes such as XXS, XL, and XXL, production may require 7-10 days before shipping. We appreciate your patience and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes (e.g., address updates or order cancellations) after an order has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been shipped, no changes can be made. In such cases, we recommend contacting your courier directly for further assistance.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for uncollected, lost, or stolen parcels. If your package is not received, it may be held by the courier for a limited time before being returned or discarded.

Please contact the courier immediately and provide your tracking number to resolve the issue.
